To ensure we comply with GDPR we want to give you notice that we process your data as you have contacted us or used our services.

When you purchase or hire goods or services from us we will collect any or all of the following information: your Name, Address, Telephone number(s), e-mail address, website. We will also record in written form details of any relevant conversations with you about your goods or services.

We do not sell or pass on your data to any third party, other than to enable us to complete our services to you, e.g. we will give your address to couriers if we are sending goods to you, or we will pass your details onto manufacturers/suppliers only in order to fulfil warranty or service in conjunction with goods or services you have purchased from us.

WE DO NOT collect data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

Retention of Data

We will keep your information until we no longer have any need to communicate with you. If you have simply contacted us with an enquiry and have not entered into any transaction with us, then we would normally delete any data associated with this after a period of 1 year.

If you purchase goods or services from us, then we will retain this data to support any future interactions with you, and also because we are required by HMRC to retain financial information for a minimum of 6 years.

As a customer, we may send you important information about your purchase or hire, we do this on the basis of our contract with you.

In the future we may also send you information that may be of interest to you. We will do this on the basis of our legitimate interest to promote our services. You may opt-out of receiving this information by simply replying to the e-mail and requesting that you be removed from future mailings.

The data is not passed to any third party, other than where required to fulfil our contractual obligations e.g. carrier or where a warranty or product registration requires it.

Use of Sub Contractors
We may use subcontractors to provide some products or services to you. We also may need to share your personal data with these subcontractors, in particular delivery services, so that they can help us provide goods or services. We ask that all subcontractors are GDPR compliant, and on request we will be happy to provide you with details of these subcontractors and what data has been passed to them.
